The staff was welcoming and we liked our stay. The window of our triple room was facing the mountain, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the hotel had free parking. We would happily go back again.

The hotel of choice in Hakone. The staff was VERY VERY FRIENDLY and created super nice atmosphere. Beautiful area just next door to the property. Friendly host running the hotel. Room overlooked the garden.
